Refund Policy

If our product didn't make you do a happy dance, give us a shout so we can fix it!

Our return policy is as generous as your grandma's cookie jar. After all, your happiness is our business!

Here's the fine print - in big print! 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  3. Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective.


Please email us on quality@canterburybiltong.co.nz or call us at +64 3 366 0455. You'll need to include a picture of the product you are unhappy with, your address, phone number, the production date (on the back of the product) and the store where you made the purchase.  Please retain the product as we may need it for investigation.

 

And remember, dried meat products made without preservatives should be either refrigerated or consumed within 3 days.
