4.2 Subscription Service: Our subscription service allows customers to automatically receive products on a recurring basis as selected during checkout (e.g., fortnightly). Subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled by the customer, following the terms outlined below.
4.3 Billing and Payment: Upon subscribing, your payment method will be charged for the first order at the time of checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.
4.4 Minimum Commitment: You agree to a minimum of two orders before cancellation is allowed. This means that the first two scheduled orders must be fulfilled and paid for before you are eligible to cancel your subscription.
4.5. Cancellation Policy After the second order: You may cancel your subscription at any time after receiving and paying for your second order. To cancel, you must log in to your account and follow the cancellation process, or contact our customer service team. Cancellations must be completed at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
4.6. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for products already shipped or received as part of a subscription plan. However, if you cancel before the renewal period following your second order, no future charges will be made.
4.7. Modifications to Your Subscription: You may modify your subscription (e.g., product choice, delivery frequency, shipping address) at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made 3 days prior to your next scheduled order to ensure they are reflected in the upcoming shipment.
