Tasty biltong as always!
The best way of describing this biltong is 'first orgasm'. When you have first bite, you will frown your face, because of odd taste of coriander.
Something you've never experienced.
Just like your first day.
After that, you will realise your hand is already holding another piece for second bite.
Just let your hand do his job.
That's all you need to do.
Done, now it becomes part of your life.
Only God knows why.
2017, I left Aotearoa to serve my country as Korean.
Still I believe big part of my soul is Kiwi, because the 10 years of memory in New Zealand and this biltong.
Something engraved in my soul.
Luckily, I got a small pack of Canterbury Biltong today. The original flavor.

All I missed.
All I loved.
First, I tore a piece carefully and had a big sniff.
My hand was shaking, but I pulled out a single piece just like holding a baby.
After that, put whole bag into zip lock and put it in to fridge, so I save as long as I can.
Like hiding a treasure from myself.
Then, I put a whole piece into my mouth, and closed my eyes.
Let my mouth do his job.
That juice from fat popped out and made a great harmony with coriander seed and pepper.
After that, the salty flavor made a removed all grease from my tongue.
I did not dance.
I did not scream.
Yes, I did not make any reaction.
All I did was making a great smile.
That, all I did.
The great satisfied smile.
It was the moment of 10 years dream has finally achieved.
