Our on-site butcher has been testing some different recipes and we have produced a limited quality batch of wet & fatty drywors that is absolutely delicious

Our drywors (droëwors) is similar it our biersticks, however it has a higher fat content, which results in a wetter, softer product.  The same premium grass-fed export grade beef and spice blend that you know and love from our Original Biersticks.

Perfect for those following a ketogenic diet as less than 1.5g of carbs per 100g serve. 

Ingredients: Beef, salt, spices, sugar, onion
Recommended serving size: 100g

Product packed in 1kg vacuum packed bags.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool, dry place in a paper bag to allow the product to breathe.  If not consumed within 1-2 days, store in a ziplock bag and freeze for extended freshness. To defrost, remove from ziplock bag and leave at room temperature.

Please be aware that, as our drywors contains no artificial preservatives and the higher fat content, the product will be at risk of developing mould.  While we take every care in packaging and shipping, purchasing this product is at your own risk, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any product that develops mould.
