Whole Biltong Pieces

Due to popular demand, we are now offering whole pieces of biltong online!

Please be aware that, as our biltong contains no artificial preservatives, whole pieces may be at risk of developing mould. While we take every care in packaging and shipping, purchasing whole pieces is at your own risk, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any product that develops mould during transit.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place in a paper bag to allow the product to breathe.  If not consumed within 1-2 days in summer and up to a week in winter, wrap sticks in cling wrap and freeze for extended freshness. To defrost, remove the cling wrap and leave at room temperature.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Mould can form in humid conditions. If white mould spores develop, wipe off with diluted vinegar. We do not offer refunds or replacements on whole pieces, please ensure that you follow the storage instructions to maintain freshness.
